Staff were lovely, especially Romae at the bar always smiling and attentive. The room was a good size and clean. We had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. The food was lovely. Only thing fresher fruit next time and I wish they had a sauna and steam room. But overall an excellent place. Loved it!

Great value for your money. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom decent size and good shower pressure. I stayed in a ocean view room and the view was amazing. Facilities were welcoming and staff was friendly. They had everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed. Late night burger bar was awesome. Jerk hut was really good. Buffet was typical with a pretty good selection. We loved the little island, chairs were always available and it was peaceful out there and the water was deeper so it was nice to stand in. Overall loved our stay at the holiday Inn.

I booked this hotel & a month prior to my trip noticed that the reviews were very mixed - this hotel was great ! The beach - shallow waters & a little island a short walk through the water . Lots of reviews did not like shallowness but if you stay to the side of the island the water is deeper . It was a beautiful surrounding & there were some neat fish swimming around The food - I was here for 3 days so I have no complaints about the food and variety but I can see how some people would say there isn't much variety ( if you are staying for longer ) it is a pretty standard buffet - exactly as expected . I did not make a reservation to any of the restaurants but ate at the burger bar and jerk but - both were great . You are able to get food until 1 am The room - basic room - I have no complaints - some reviews said the bathroom was small which it was but it didn't bother me at all . The air conditioning could have been cooler for my liking but still worked just fine Night entertainment - no complaints here - it was nice to relax and enjoy the music , dancers and guest involvement Liquor - many people have complained it's bottom shelf liquor which it mainly is but it's still good

I liked the natural beauty and the layout of the facility. Outside appearance from the entrance in could do with a face-lift. Also food in the selected restaurant - Jamaican was a bit salty. Casino is a big rip off. You should not play $500 on a machine with no wins.

Apart from the water went off for a little bit everything else was good I really enjoyed my stay and this has been my 2nd time.

The facility along with the location was excellent.

The bar and wait staff were all very good. Loved having an adults only area.

Free WiFi was great. The beach area with the island was great for kids as it blocked the waves.

Bed very comfy, liked the Little Island, affordable, staff overall were good, some better than some and some lesser.

Beds and linens were comfy! Buffet food was excellent, wide variety including some traditional Jamaican dishes. The jerk chicken at the jerk shack was to die for! Guest services were excellent, delivering coffee and extra linens as needed.
